Data sources

Daily snapshots of public Skool data: the discovery listing and category pages, plus a third-party scraper (Apify) that reads the same public listing. We never log in, never read members-only content and never collect owner or member personal data. Every snapshot is stored with its date.

Columns

• Members: the public member count Skool shows on the snapshot date.
• Price: the price Skool lists publicly. "Free" means no price was listed; some free groups have paid tiers.
• Avg/day: members ÷ days since the group was created. A lifetime average shown until 7 days of history exist (from Oct 27, 2026).
• 7-day change: change in public members over 7 days, with a sparkline of daily counts.
• Est. MRR: members × listed monthly price (annual ÷ 12). It's an upper bound: it ignores free, comped and discounted members, trials, churn and other tiers. It is not reported revenue.

Growth notes

We only write a note when public evidence supports it: the about page, the owner's linked channels, pricing and offer details. Each point links to its source and our interpretation is labelled as inference.

Founder's groups

SkoolCharts is built by Jordan Rafealov, who also runs Dopamine Digital and AI Systems Society. They're shown in a labelled "From the founder" box and get no boost in the rankings; where they appear in a leaderboard it's with their public data only.
